• Tool Sterilisation: All metal instruments are cleaned and then sterilized in a hospital-grade UV-C Sanitizer or Autoclave between every single client. This is the highest standard of practice.

• Single-Use Safety: You’ll never see us reuse non-metal abrasives. Files and buffers are always single-use or dedicated solely to you.

• Pedicure Protection: For your peace of mind, all our pedicure tubs use sealed, single-use disposable liners to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination.

Our Commitment to You: If a nail ever shows signs of infection or mold, we will not perform a service. We will pause the treatment and refer you to a GP or pharmacist for treatment first. Your health always comes before a beautiful set of nails.

Product & Strength: The BIAB Difference

For those with weak, brittle, or naturally thin nails, we often recommend stepping up from standard gel:

• Standard Gel Polish: This is applied thinly for aesthetic colour only.

• BIAB (Builder in a Bottle): This is a thicker, structured gel base from premium brands like The Gel Bottle. It’s specifically designed to add strength, flexibility, and structural support to your natural nail, helping you grow them out safely.

Removal and Application

• Damage-Free Application: For gel or BIAB application, minimal buffing is required—just enough to remove the natural shine. We use a fine-grit buffer (220/240 grit) and never thin the nail plate.

• The Hybrid Removal Method: To minimise damage, we use the safest approach: the E-File to gently remove 80% of the product, followed by a brief soak in acetone for the remaining thin layer. This reduces both the duration of acetone exposure and the risk of aggressive manual scraping.
